01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Uniflow's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

02.Use of the Service

You may use the Uniflow platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or communications that violate any applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, GDPR, or any other relevant regulation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

03.Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Uniflow to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Prohibited uses include phishing, fraud, impersonation, and the distribution of malware.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

04.API Usage and Rate Limits

Access to the Uniflow API is subject to rate limits as specified in your plan documentation. Excessive use that degrades service quality for other users may result in temporary throttling or suspension of API access.

You may not use automated means to extract data from the platform in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or circumvents technical measures we put in place.

05.Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of your account. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of the service.

06.Intellectual Property

The Uniflow platform, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Uniflow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content and data you transmit through our platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

07.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uniflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Uniflow in the 12 months preceding the claim.

08.Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that defects will be corrected.

09.Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

10.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.

11.Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page or by sending an email to the address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
